Sarah Ferguson told Epstein to ‘Just marry me’ after his release from prison

Newly released emails show that Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of York, told convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to “just marry me” six months after his release from prison, according to documents made public by the US Department of Justice on Friday.
The message, sent in January 2010, was part of millions of documents linked to the disgraced financier, RadarOnline.com reported.
Epstein was released from Palm Beach County Jail in July 2009 after serving 13 months of an 18-month sentence for soliciting sex from girls as young as 14.
In the email, Ferguson wrote: “You are a legend. I truly have no words to describe my love and gratitude for your generosity and kindness. Xx I am at your service. Just marry me.” The context of the message is not explained in the files.
Other correspondence shows that Ferguson offered Epstein and his associates VIP access to British royal locations. In June 2009, while Epstein was still in jail, she told him, “I can organize anything” after he asked about arranging a “VIP tour” or “access to something special” in London for the daughter of his lawyer, Alan Dershowitz.
The emails appear to refer to possible access to Buckingham Palace, although it remains unclear whether such a visit took place.
In another post from September 2009, Ferguson mentioned the marriage again, suggesting Epstein marry an unnamed woman with an “amazing body,” adding, “Okay, marry me and then we’ll hire her.”
In addition to the marital comments, the newly released cache sheds further light on Ferguson’s continued contact with Epstein after his 2008 conviction. The documents also reveal that Epstein tried to pressure her into releasing a statement claiming he was “not a pedo” and that she had been “tricked” into believing false allegations about him.
Among the files are exchanges with someone identified only as “Sarah,” whose email address has been redacted, as well as discussions with others about “Fergie.” The documents show that “Sarah” refers to Ferguson.
In March 2011, Epstein asked publicist Mike Sitrick to “draft up a statement that Fergie would release in an ideal world”, days after Ferguson told the Evening Standard that she “deeply regrets” her ties to him. The following month, ‘Sarah’ wrote that she called him ‘not a P’ and ‘didn’t want to’ and that she had acted to ‘protect my own brand’.
Epstein also told others in 2009 that “Fergie said she could organize teas at the apartments of Buckingham Palace… or Windsor Castle.”
After his release, Epstein asked if there was “any chance your daughters would say hello” to an unnamed person while they were in London in July 2010. Ferguson replied: “Beatrice is in London with her dad. Eugie is away with a cool boyfriend.”
Additional messages show that in August 2009, Ferguson thanked Epstein for “being the brother I always wanted” and wrote that she had “never been so touched by the kindness of a friend.” In April 2009, she called him “my dear spectacular and special friend Jeffrey” and a “legend”, adding that she was “so proud” of him.
All the exchanges took place after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for prostitution of minors.
