San Francisco brokers add virtual staging tools
The technology enables real estate agents to convert empty rooms into photo -realistic, professionally designed interiors in minutes by uploading photos. The system also supports adjustable design styles and can generate 3D -Walkthroughs from the same images.

The partnership of Collov AI comes with SFAR because more brokers take digital tools when serving a market that is challenged by higher mortgage interest and economic uncertainty.
SFAR has recently introduced other AI functions, including a generative AI assistant known as a sidekick.
