“There are many theater gays who look at the show that see themselves in a self -proclaimed ‘theater queen’ like me,” said Toot. “They are people like Gwen Verdon, Sutton Foster, Debbie Reynolds, Shirley Maclaine-Die iconic, powerful, music theater tap dancing women.”
“It carries my references and the things that I love and the women who have inspired me on my sleeve. That is the biggest driver of Suzie Toot and who she is.”
