Rings van Power adds Jamie Campbell Bower, Eddie Marsan

Midden-earth has just won two more inhabitants.
Jamie Campbell Bower and Eddie Marsan have joined the cast of “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” for the coming third season of the Amazon Prime Video Series.
Bower will regularly be a series, while Marsan will appear in a recurring role. The season is currently in pre-production and is starting to film this spring in Shepperton Studios in the UK
Bower is perhaps best known for playing the villain Henry Creel/Vecna in “Stranger Things” from Netflix. He also played Mick Jagger in ‘Urban Myths: Mick & Margaret’, Christopher Marlow in ‘Will’, King Arthur in ‘Camelot’, the voice of Skiff in ‘Thomas & Friends’ and 11-12 in the remake of ‘The Prisoner’ alongside Sir Ian McKellen.
He made his film debut in Tim Burton’s “SEENEY Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street” opposite Johnny Depp, Alan Rickman and Helena Bonham Carter. He played Gellert Grindelwald in “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part I” and reproduced that role in “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.” He also appeared in three “Twilight” films and Kevin Costner’s Western Epic “Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 1.”
Marsan played Terry Donovan in “Ray Donovan” from Showtime, who ran for seven seasons. He reproduced the role for the feature film 2022. His other remarkable credits are “Deadpool 2”, “Atomic Blonde”, Guy Ritchie’s “Wrath of Man”, “Deceit”, “Ridley Road”, “White Boy Rick” and Adam Mckay’s “Vice”.
‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’, a prequel for the ‘Lord of the Rings’ series, is Showrun by JD Payne and Patrick McKay, who produces executive alongside Lindsey Weber, Justin Doble, Kate Hazell and director Charlotte Brändström. Matthew Penry-Davey is a producer and ally O’Leary, Tim Keene and Andrew Lee are co-producers.
