History has been made (because this has probably never happened before) … a young football fan went all out Rihannaasking the superstar singer to take his picture Christian Pulisicinstead of taking a picture of RiRi!

Talk about something the young man will regret later. 😆

The unintentional criticism took place last weekend at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, where AC Milan played an international friendly against Manchester City.

The “We Found Love” singer was there rocking her upcoming FENTY x PUMA shoes… and taking photos with Pulisic, a midfielder for AC and the USMNT, winger for Man City Jack Grealish, and midfielder Yunus Musah in a stadium suite.

A young fan, who saw all the stars together, also wanted to take a photo… but instead of asking security — or ANYONE else to operate the camera — he asked Rih!

Rihanna, mother of two boys, thought it was super cool… and happily took some photos from different angles.

The video nearly gave Rihanna Navy (the singer’s fan base) a heart attack… although many pointed out how modest the billionaire superstar was acting at the time.

“She doesn’t seem bothered at all and she’s giving the child his moment, just like any of us would have done,” a fan commented on the video. “I respect that.”

It’s unclear if the young man later took a photo with Rihanna… or even knew who she was.
