Rhom’s Lisa Hochstein about sharing custody: ‘Made Me a Better Mom’

Lisa Hochstein tries to find the positives while she splits custody with ex-husband Lenny Hochstein.
“The biggest adjustment was not seeing my children for half of their lives, because that’s really what it is,” Lisa, 42, exclusively shared with US Weekly When launching her Splitwell Divides -support -app on Tuesday 10 June. “I try to get the most out of my time with them.”

“We communicate with text and sometimes it goes well, but sometimes not,” she admitted Us. “We are heads, but I have my small tool here. Splitwell helped me enormously, and it really helps me to get rid of conflicts. Before I send something, I walk through my app and it sends it a bit in a lighter tone, if you want.”
Splitwell is an AI-driven separation app that has been made to help users better understand their rights, to communicate more quietly with their ex and find lawyers they can trust.
After the personal experience of Lisa in the divorce court, she hopes that the new app will make it easier for the next person with a split.
“I really hope this will change the divorce,” she said. “That is the goal. I want divorce to make it easier and not only help women. I want everyone to help, everyone helps to go through this.”
