‘Rhom’ Aluin Leonard Hochstein charged with failed breast plastic surgery

The lawsuit is the newest drama to hit Hochstein. The cosmetic surgeon was dumped by his fiancé, Katharina Mazepa, 29, in June.

“After a meaningful chapter together, I made the decision to respectfully end our involvement and to give the ring back,” said Mazepa in An explanation. She added that she was not asked to return the massive diamond baubel, but “stood” because she thought it was the right thing to do.

The model spilled that she “had a calm awareness that sometimes transforms love, and letting go with grace is the most worthy path ahead.”

The beauty born in Austria added that she was “fully focused” on her “next chapter with intention, independence and presence.”

The former lovebirds revealed that they were dating in May 2022, days after Hochstein announced that after 13 years of marriage from his wife, Lisa Hochstein, he split. Hochstein and Mazepa were engaged for the first time in July 2023, but called things a year later.

The plastic surgeon was again presented in December 2024, a month after completing his separation of Bravo star Lisa.
