Rhode Island’s Slocum Home team joins eXp Realty

Now led by Nick Slocum, the team consists of 30 agents and seven nationally recognized staff – including appearances on RealTrends Verified list of top real estate agents.

The team has helped more than 249 families in the region last year – representing sales volume of more than $109 million, executives said.

Slocum said the decision to join eXp followed discussions with members of the Zillow Agent Advisory Board and a meeting with Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty.

Slocum was recently named Real Estate Agent of the Year 2024 by the Kent Washington Association of Realtors.
