reclaim, the newly launched premium baggage management network, continues its expansion in the US, adding service to voco The Darwin Atlanta Midtown hotel, an IHG branded property. Guests and travelers will now have a lighter travel experience between the hotel and Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport with on-demand baggage handling. Additionally, by implementing Reclaim’s baggage management platform, the property will reduce baggage-related bottlenecks and improve guest satisfaction.

This service provides valuable additional convenience to travelers, especially as Atlanta prepares to host several major international events.”
On-demand baggage management for travelers: how it works
Travelers book bag drop at www.helloreclaim.com and collect guests’ luggage from voco The Darwin Atlanta Midtown hotel lobby up to six hours before flight departure, using a rapid three-step process, including:
Validation of customer identification.
Confirm that the ID matches an active boarding pass.
Sealing luggage with sealed tracking tags so travelers can track their luggage in real time via text message or email throughout the entire process.
