Real reason behind Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are not going to get married as actor ‘struggles’ to generate lust for slopes with co-parenting of DAD tasks
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have ended their nine -year relationship – and insiders tell RadarOnline.com the Pirates of the Caribbean Actor is torn apart between his “carnal instincts” and co-parenting responsibilities.
“Orlando finds it difficult to balance Casual Flings with paternity,” said a source close to the former couple. “He’s in between wanting freedom and staying ground for their daughter.”
Perry, 40 and Bloom, 48, announced their split into a joint explanation that confirms that they are concentrating on raising their daughter, Daisy Dove, 4, in the midst of months of speculation.
The couple began to date in 2016, briefly separated in 2017, was subsequently engaged in February 2019 and welcomed Daisy in August 2020.
Their relationship has never reached the altar – and insiders now say that Perry’s focus on family is in conflict with Bloom’s “Secret Desire All Wish” to become a Playboy again.
One source said: “Orlando was a big ladiesman before he arrived at Katy, and this has never really changed.
“That does not mean that he played cheating – but he certainly found it difficult to be from the party lifestyle to an established father.
“Katy felt it, and that’s why they never walked onto the aisle together.
“And now he is single again, Orlando has returned to his true colors and is back on the hunt for simple, informal slope.”
Another source said Van Bloom and Perry’s differences: “They had very different ways to deal with stress and communicate. Katy was fully invested and tried hard to keep things together, but Orlando often kept his distance emotional.”
The tension, she added, was another important reason that they never got through the aisle – although their daughter has always kept them connected.
Bloom recently reached the headlines during his return to his Playboy -Persona.
On Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s extravagant wedding in Venice at the end of June Bloom danced with the Kardashians and was photographed in flirtatious moments with different guests – an appearance that attracted criticism and fresh control to the “friendly” split of the couple.
An insider said: “He came close to Kim Kardashian and certainly acted flirty after the ceremony.”
Others noticed that he was heavily on the pre-wedding party to the mixture and seemed too enthusiastic to let go of his team that he remained within respectful limits.
Sources also say that Bloom’s sudden return to a freer lifestyle clashes with his role as father. “He enjoys the attention he gets from younger women,” said the source.
“But that balancing with a responsible co-parenting for Daisy creates real tension for him it starts to take a toll.”
Perry continues her in the meantime Lifelong World tour, often occur while she is very visible the weight of her separation of flowering.
“She sets a strong face when the spotlights are going on,” a friend said. “But behind the scenes it is emotionally tiring. The Tour has pushed her to the edge, but she still does everything she can to stay present for Daisy.”
Despite the pain of her falling apart, Perry’s inner circle is optimistic for her future.
“People in the neighborhood of her believe that this disintegration might be a blessing,” said a source. “She again makes contact with who she is outside the relationship and realizes that she does not need Orlando to feel whole.”
The insider added: “The public mood has also shifted – instead of criticism, there is real empathy for what it is going through.”
While Bloom surrenders to the freedom of a single life, he and Perry continue to appear together at family events, so Daisy is central to their decisions.
They were photographed on board a hunt in Italy shortly after the split announcement with Bezos and his news bride – an appearance that insiders told us “was orchestrated to maintain a feeling of normality”.
An insider said: “The break of Orlando and Katy is much more than a failed involvement – it is the highlight of differences in values, upbringing and priorities.
“And although they may never have their wedding, both seem united in their first and most important role – co -paraders of their little girl.”
