Todd Nepola‘s is no longer interested in suing Bravo and NBC for defamation… and dismissed its lawsuit earlier this week.
The “Real Housewives of Miami” star has filed a brief with the court voluntarily dismissing his action against the big companies… and dismissing the lawsuit with prejudice so he can’t file it again.
The document does not provide a reason for the dismissal.
We told the story… Todd filed the lawsuit in October he accused the network of lying about his finances to clarify storylines surrounding his wife, Alexia Nepoladuring seasons 6 and 7 of ‘RHOM.’

The lawsuit specifically referenced multiple episodes in which Adriana de Moura allegedly spread false claims about the demise of his business and suggested he might also have to downgrade his apartment.
It’s unclear if Todd has signed a deal with Bravo or NBC… but he’s clearly moving on with his life.
