RE/MAX hires Travis Saxton as EVP of strategy

According to the release, Saxton will be tasked with “guiding real estate strategy and technology innovation with a focus on integrating solutions to optimize operations and support the growth of affiliated companies.”

“I am excited to join RE/MAX Holdings and work with such a talented and passionate group of leaders,” Saxton said in a statement. “I have had the privilege of working with RE/MAX brokers and teams over the years, and I have always been impressed by the network’s entrepreneurial spirit and the company’s commitment to innovation. My goal is to help drive even more intelligent, strategic changes across the business, ensuring we leverage the power of technology to maximize business outcomes for everyone in our network.”

Saxton has more than twenty years of experience in residential real estate technology, digital marketing and management consulting. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Solution at T3 Sixty. Before that he held managerial positions RealTrends And BombBomb.

“Travis is an important addition to the team,” Erik Carlson, CEO of RE/MAX Holdings, said in a statement. “His technology experience and deep knowledge of real estate operations will be invaluable as we continue to execute on our vision for the company. Directly or indirectly, his knowledge, insights and forward-thinking mentality will help shape our systems and offerings for all our brands.”

In addition to Saxton’s hiring, RE/MAX recently announced the hiring of Chris Lim as Chief Growth Officer, as well as the departure of Amy Lessinger as president of RE/MAX. The company is currently looking for someone to fill this position. In the meantime, Carlson is president.
