R&B singer Lloyd Faceplants on stage, on video

Lloyd Maybe he wants to add some pine tar to his dancing shoes… because he slipped halfway through the show and almost hit his chin on the unforgiving stage!

The R&B singer was performing in Alabama on Friday night… and as his backup singers pumped him up to start his song “Girls Around the World,” Lloyd — dressed in a bright yellow suit — showed off his beautiful feet.

Take a look at the clip… Lloyd spins in circles, kicks his feet up and slides his left heel behind his right foot before one of his bandmates shouts, “Talk to them, Lloyd!”

Lloyd tries to push himself forward, but his left foot gets too close to his right foot… and he trips, falling straight into the microphone and taking him down with him.

Luckily, the star avoided a punch to the face or head… so he was eventually able to get up – with the help of security because he was laughing so hard – and finish the show.

For the record, Lloyd told fans he was doing just fine after his accident… writing on Instagram after the fall, “I saw my life flash before my eyes tonight lol.”
