Rachel Reilly calls out big brother costar Keanu Soto for ‘irrelevant’ jab

Big brother 27 enemies Rachel Reilly And Keanu Soto are arguing again.

During a recent Twitch livestream, Soto, 33, was asked about his connections to his former housemates’ post-show. He made an unsavory comment about Reilly, 41, Jimmy Heagerty and winner Ashley Hollis that circulated on social media.

“Rachel, Jimmy, Ashley outside the home…I love them as people, don’t get me wrong, but they’re trying to increase their stardom by putting other people down,” Soto claimed in a shared clip. via X. “They’re trying to elevate themselves by putting other people down, and I don’t want that. You know what I mean? Why are you trying to talk bad about other people to elevate yourself? You’re just making yourself look more irrelevant than anything else.”

Soto continued, “I feel like a lot of them realize they’re not relevant, so they feel like they need to maximize this window before next year starts, and they’re completely forgotten about to have any relevance at this point… Honestly, no one really talks about them, and for good reason. It is what it is.”

After Soto’s comments went viral, Reilly took to social media to subtly address the situation.

“Literally a mother of two trying to do the best job I can here,” Reilly wrote via X on Wednesday, December 10. “Trying to give my children a good life and providing them with future and healthy food on the table. And for a boy child to come up to me because he was on a show with me – to call me names and act like it’s okay is so disrespectful and rude.”

Reilly continued, “I’ve been nothing but nice. I’m not talking bad about him, especially on a podcast — I’ve done this for 15 years, so I’m trying to break down because of your insecurities, sure — but you’ll never be where I am because of this kind of behavior.”

Although Reilly didn’t mention Soto by name, she did use the hashtag for their season Big brother.

Reilly and Soto had their ups and downs during Big brother season 27. While the pair clashed most of the time, they formed a final two alliance called The Frenemies. Despite attempts to work together, neither made it to the end. Reilly was the first judge after being eliminated during the shocking ‘White Locust’ twist. Soto, for his part, came in fifth place after being evicted from the house.

On finale night, Reilly and Soto were contenders to become America’s Favorite House Guest. Soto took home the honors and the $50,000 cash prize awarded by the viewers. After Soto received the award, Reilly talked about how excited she was for him after being named one of them We weekly‘s Reality Stars of the Year.

“I’m so excited for Keanu, he’s such an amazing comp beast and he’s had an amazing journey through this season of Big Brother,” she shared exclusively Us in October. “He and I had a frenemies alliance, I think. So I think it’s really nice that my final two with the frenemies won America’s Favorite and that my best friend and my real final two, Ashley, won the whole season. I’m just so excited for them. And it’s so exciting to have such a big impact on the show this season.”
