Qatar Airways returns to Web Summit Qatar for the third consecutive year as the official lifestyle and travel partner to unveil a range of intuitive, user-guided aviation products designed to enhance and personalize the passenger experience and drive innovation in the sector.

Qatar Airways invites all visitors to the Web Summit Qatar to the exclusive experience of interacting with ‘Q Search’ – a unique solution in the aviation industry, designed to provide instant answers to Qatar Airways’ products and services. Q Search acts as an abstract yet intelligent layer, allowing users to ask questions in natural language and receive intuitive, conversational responses.

The experience is part of the airline’s ongoing improvement of the airline’s digital ecosystem and loyalty offering. Qatar Airways Privilege Club also introduces ‘Infinite Awards’ at the technology summit, offering members a conversational, AI-powered inspiration engine. In a groundbreaking partnership with Qatar Central Bank, Privilege Club extends loyalty from travel to everyday spending through Himyan, the first national prepaid card in Qatar. The partnership supports Qatar’s National Vision 2030 by accelerating digital innovation and strengthening the national payments ecosystem, making rewards more accessible, seamless and locally relevant to members across Qatar.

Himyan cardholders can now collect 1 Avios for every QAR 8 spent on online or retail transactions with their card. The cardholders will also benefit from card-linked offers, where they can collect even more Avios for purchases made with linked Himyan cards at participating Privilege Club partner stores, including retail, dining, entertainment, lifestyle and other diverse locations in Qatar.

New partnership with Qatar’s leading transport provider

Qatar Airways has entered into a new partnership with Mowasalat, ‘Karwa’ – Qatar’s largest transport provider. Through this partnership, Privilege Club members exploring Qatar will soon be able to collect and spend Avios on taxi or chauffeur rides through Mowasalat, ‘Karwa’. By downloading the Karwa Taxi app and linking their Privilege Club and Karwa accounts, members can choose to earn Avios on eligible trips or use Avios as an alternative payment method.

Avios and Nojoom

As a result of Privilege Club’s enhanced partnership with Ooredoo, Qatar’s leading telecommunications company, members will soon benefit from an improved 4:1 ratio when converting their Nojoom points to Avios, and a 2:1 ratio when converting their Avios to Nojoom points.

QVerse Island in Fortnite

As part of its participation, Qatar Airways launched its first-ever digital destination, ‘QVerse Island’, in Fortnite – one of the world’s most popular digital environments. QVerse Island reimagines Doha, the capital of Qatar, and Hamad International Airport, offering travelers an immersive way to explore the city while engaging with the airline’s brand experience. During the Web Summit Qatar 2026, visitors can experience QVerse Island through three interactive stations.

Qatar Airways will once again host its ‘Tarmac Talks’ series at the pavilion, where the airline’s experts will provide insights into the technologies on display during the event.
