Pullman Hotels & Resorts unveils its global brand transformation at TOURISE | News


At the first TOURISE Summit in Riyadh, Pullman Hotels and Resortspart of Accor’s premium portfolio, has unveiled a bold global brand transformation that redefines the vision for the future of travel and hospitality. The announcement took place before an international audience of tourism leaders and innovators, in line with Saudi Arabia’s ambition to position itself at the forefront of global tourism innovation.

Benoît Racle, Global Brand President, Premium, Accordescribed the transformation as “a complete reimagining of how Pullman connects people and ideas. Each hotel becomes a place of exchange, where energy, culture and creativity come together.” He added that the unveiling of the new era at TOURISE – a global platform launched by the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) – perfectly reflected the brand’s ambition to shape the future of travel.”

The new Pullman experience introduces an updated design language, stimulating guest journeys and a contemporary approach to social and business gatherings. With more than 150 hotels in more than 40 countries and a further 70 hotels in development, Pullman continues to expand its presence in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa. Upcoming flagship openings include the Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort in Guadeloupe, Pullman Kolašin Breza in Montenegro and Pullman Tokyo Ginza in Japan, all of which reflect the brand’s forward-thinking design philosophy and creative energy.

Momentum is particularly strong in the Middle East, where Pullman’s portfolio includes 65 hotels, with more than 20 new openings planned. The transformation also redefines the Pullman experience as a hub for innovation and connection. Flagship properties such as Pullman Dubai Downtown and the newly renovated Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers now serve as vibrant social and business destinations, embodying the region’s cultural and commercial vitality.

Looking ahead, Pullman’s evolution will continue with new design rollouts, culinary collaborations and MICE innovations, in addition to the launch of Pullman xChange – a global series of cultural and business gatherings designed to foster collaboration and creativity.
