Princess Kate launched a mission to freeze William’s alleged mistress

The issue has resurfaced in recent months, with claims that Rose’s public appearances have upset the Princess of Wales.
“Every time Rose turns up at an event related to the royal world, old emotional wounds are reopened for Kate,” said a former royal aide.
“What once seemed like an innocent friendship is now completely colored by rumors, and the public speculation has been deeply humiliating for her. Even now, the memory of it remains painful.”
Additional tension is fueled by claims that Rose’s fashion choices mirror Kate’s.
“Those in royal circles have increasingly noticed how closely Rose’s style seems to mirror Kate’s, right down to similar designers and overall shapes,” a royal source revealed.
“It has not gone unnoticed and has become a topic of hush-hush chatter, something Kate finds deeply disturbing.”
Unlike the openly admitted affair between King Charles III and Queen Camilla during his marriage to Princess Diana, the allegations involving William have never been confirmed.
Yet the persistence of gossip continues to complicate the royal dynamic.
“Kate has always guarded her private life carefully and she finds it very frustrating that these rumors keep resurfacing,” the source said.
“At this stage her priority is to protect herself emotionally and ensure she is not repeatedly exposed to the same harm.”
According to insiders, that instinct has hardened into a new decision.
“Kate is deliberately and discreetly working to limit Rose’s presence within royal and aristocratic social spaces,” the source said.
“It’s less about retaliation and more about safeguarding her own emotional well-being. The feelings of jealousy and hurt have not completely disappeared, and she has no desire to repeatedly face memories that reopen that painful chapter.”
For now, the divorce seems complete.
An assistant explained: “Although Kate presents a composed and forward-looking image in public, in private she has not forgotten what she went through. The experience remains very present to her, even if she chooses not to acknowledge it outwardly.”
