Porn star Kendra Sunderland’s marijuana possession case has been dismissed in Texas
Kendra Sunderland is clear in her marijuana possession case, TMZ has learned.
Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that the adult film actress’ case was dismissed two months after her arrest in Montgomery County, Texas, for marijuana possession.
You’ll remember when Kendra was caught with less than one gram of THC in Texas, where marijuana is still illegal. An officer reportedly saw one THC vape pen on Kendra’s lap while she sat in the passenger seat of a car during an unrelated traffic stop. After her arrestRecords showed she was released on a $1,000 bond.
Kendra, who is 29, lives in Nevada, where adults over the age of 21 can legally possess up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis in a private residence or licensed lounge for social use.
But clearly, things are a very different story in the Lone Star State, as marijuana possession is still a big no-no. Looks like this was a learning lesson for Kendra!
