Pictures of Liam Payne’s corpse spark outrage after chilling images leaked online

The cropped photos were shared to the gossip site while the story was still developing, showing Payne’s arm and stomach with recognizable tattoos.
Payne was seen lying on the wooden deck of the CasaSur hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, moments after he jumped to his death from the third floor.
A photo of Payne’s body under a red tent was also revealed by the outlet.

The outlet quickly came under fire and deleted the footage after hearing the massive screams from the fans.
Before deleting the photos, they had written: “We don’t show the whole body, but you can clearly see his tattoos: a clock on his left forearm and a scorpion on his stomach.”

However, many eyes were already on the site.
One person tweeted: “TMZ putting part of a photo of Liam Payne’s dead body in an article announcing his death is beyond deplorable.”

Someone else called the outlet’s actions “extremely deplorable.”

Singer Alessia Cara even joined in to condemn the entertainment news channel, calling it “gross.”
Zing Tsjeng, former editor-in-chief of Vice, called the posting of the edited photos “completely indefensible.”

Payne’s fans have also voiced their opinions on TikTok, with one user calling the site “ghosts.”
Another user commented on the clip: “TMZ has no ethics. I blocked them in ’22. Celebrities are only human and most don’t deserve how TMZ treats them.”

Payne was pronounced dead at the scene yesterday after jumping from his third-floor balcony of the luxury Argentinian hotel.
He was found with very serious injuries, including a skull fracture, and was too far gone for resuscitation.

The singer is said to have behaved erratically beforehand, with witnesses saying they saw him smash his laptop in the lobby before being carried back to his room.
The hotel owner even called 911 earlier in the day and said he believed Payne’s life was “in danger” after noticing his dangerous behavior fueled by drugs and alcohol.

He said Payne “broke everything in his hotel room,” which was later proven when photos from inside showed a broken television screen.
They also revealed white powder and burnt aluminum foil scattered throughout the room, along with a half-drunk glass of champagne.

The statement read: “We are completely devastated by the news of Liam’s passing.”
“Over time, and when everyone is able to do so, there will be more to say. But for now, we will take time to grieve and process the loss of our brother, whom we loved dearly.”

It continued: “The memories we shared with him will be cherished forever. For now, our thoughts are with his family, his friends and the fans who loved him alongside us.”
Before signing off, they said: “We will miss him terribly. We love you Liam.”
