New photos of Bruce Willis have emerged amid his battle with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia.

He starred in box office hits such as The Sixth sense, Pulp Fiction And Die hard for stop acting two years ago.

But now RadarOnline.com can reveal Bruce Willis appears tired and disheveled in a series of photos taken during a rare public outing in Los Angeles, amid his ongoing battle with aphasia And frontotemporal dementia.

An insider said: “Unfortunately, Bruce looks bloated and disheveled in these photos, and the way his face appears to droop is a classic sign of advanced stages of dementia.”

Willis, 69, appeared confused as he was driven through Los Angeles on Saturday.

They continued: “It’s so sad to see him like this, but at least he’s getting out and about – and such stimulation is essential for dementia patients as it keeps them engaged in life.

“The last thing he needs is to be cut off from society in his final days.”

Willis, 69, was seen in the passenger seat of a vehicle Saturday while driving through Brentwood.

The Golden Globe winner, who has appeared in more than 117 films during his 42-year acting career, stared out the car window during the rare public outing.

While the Unbreakable The star appeared bloated in the new photos, his face also appeared to droop.

The Die Hard star’s face also appeared to droop in the new photos.

Rumer Willis announced in March 2022 that her father was “retiring” from acting due to his aphasia diagnosis.

She said: “To Bruce’s wonderful supporters, we wanted to share as a family that our beloved Bruce has had some health issues and was recently diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive skills.

“As a result and with a lot of attention, Bruce is step away from the career that meant so much to him.”

Willis was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in February 2023.

Nearly a year later, in February 2023, Willis’ family announced his condition worsened and the Shame city star was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.

They said: “Since we announced Bruce’s aphasia diagnosis in the spring of 2022, Bruce’s condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD).

“Unfortunately, communication problems are just one symptom of the disease Bruce is facing. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis.”

An insider said Willis has “family concerns that they may not have much time left with him.”

Willis’ model wife Emma Heming Willis46, too went to Instagram during the weekend in celebration of FTD Awareness Week.

She attended the 14th International Conference on Frontotemporal Dementia in Amsterdam and praised the more than 750 physicians, researchers and scientists who gather at the conference each year to discuss advances in frontotemporal dementia research.
