Pat McAfee Says ‘Energy Was Bananas’ During Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour
Pat McAfee is a total Swiftie.
The Pat McAfee Show host, 37, couldn’t stop lying around Taylor Swift‘S Eras tour after attending the singer’s show with his wife Samantha McAfee at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Sunday, November 3.
“This Taylor Swift concert is amazing,” he wrote via X next to a photo of the performance. “What an absolutely exciting stadium. 69,000 people… ALL-IN. It’s great.”
Pat also reposted a photo from Samantha’s Instagram Story, gushing about the concert.
“The Eras tour was a tremendously wonderful experience. Taylor put on a great show and the Swifties sang every word of every song all night long. he wrote. “Energy was bananas. Also… really nice to see my wife jamming and having the time of her life.”
Swift, 34, celebrated the end of her US leg Eras tour on Sunday after a three-show stint in Indianapolis, sipping what appeared to be white wine from a chilled glass moments after waving goodbye to fans.
Quick fan accounts on social media noticed the singer keeping up with her Eras tour “tradition” of celebrating with wine on the closing night of the tour. The 14-time Grammy winner has performed more than 100 shows around the world over the past 18 months on her record-breaking tour, and will tour Canada starting November 14. Swift will play a series of six shows at Toronto’s Rogers Center before heading to Vancouver, where she will play three shows at BC Place, the last of which is on December 8.
Multiple sources exclusively told We weekly in September that once Swift’s tour ends, she’ll be ready to move into the next chapter with her boyfriend Travis Kelcewhom she started dating in the summer of 2023. Kelce, 35, has attended many of Swift’s shows since they went public with their romance, and was even in the crowd cheering her on during the second night in Indianapolis.
“Taylor and Travis are very committed and serious about their future,” says an insider Us. “Taylor is ready for the next era of her life. She knows it will be special.”
A second source added: “They have built a lot of trust. They both knew what they were signing up for and navigated it well. They are in love and they don’t care what others think.”
Meanwhile, Kelce and the rest of the Kansas City Chiefs will continue their bid for their third straight Super Bowl championship when they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers today. The Chiefs are currently undefeated and are riding an impressive seven-game win streak into the 2024-2025 season.
