OJ Simpson accuser Marcia Clarke will testify in a defamation lawsuit
The article examined “a script circulating in Hollywood” for a project titled juice, who questions the official story of the gruesome massacres. The script presented an alternate scenario in which Ehrlich, a former human trafficker from Miami, accosted Simpson on the night of the murders “to pressure him over cocaine debts, sending the former N.F.L. into a frenzy.”
The ex-con, whose criminal record includes helping Simpson execute his 2007 Armed robbery in Las Vegasclaimed he was in Miami that night and claimed the scenario was a “fictionalized version of events.”
His complaint states: “An objective reader of the article is left with the impression that Mr. Ehrlich participated in the murders of June 12, 1994, even though New Times was aware that the script is a work of fiction and was not based on the murders of June 12, 1994. actual events in the OJ Simpson case.”
