Nicole Curtis faces scrutiny again at children’s school after ‘N Word’ video

The big mistake wasn’t revealed until shortly after Curtis’ show Rehab addict start airing new episodes HGTV.
After the footage was released, the network quickly moved to cut ties with Curtis.
In an official statement on February 11, they said Radar they were “recently made aware of an offensive racial comment during the filming of Rehab addict.“
“We understand that this type of language is hurtful and disappointing to our viewers, partners and employees, and does not align with HGTV’s values,” they shared.
Due to the shockingly offensive language, HGTV said they had accordingly “removed the series from all HGTV platforms.”
“We remain committed to promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity in our content and in our workplace,” they concluded.
Curtis apologized via TMZnoting that she “wants to be clear” that “the word in question is wrong and is not part of my vocabulary and never has been, and I apologize to everyone.”
