Keeping the house happy after the judgment

Nicki Minaj doesn’t have to sell her house to pay off a bodyguard her husband… Kenneth Pettyallegedly attacked… as the bodyguard’s lawyer says the sentence has been complied with.
The rapper’s team is set to appear in court on Thursday… and we thought they had plans to argue that a judge shouldn’t force her to sell her Hidden Hills mansion to repay a $500,000 judgment awarded to Thomas Weidenmüller.

However, we spoke to Weidenmuller’s lawyer, Paul Sasobefore the hearing started…and he told us they planned to tell the judge that Nicki actually complied with the sentence.
The hearing is already over — and it’s unclear whether Minaj handed over the entire amount or a percentage of it through a settlement agreement. Saso apologized to the court, saying he only learned about the settlement at the last minute.
ICYMI… one judge granted Weidenmuller $503,318.02 in a default judgment after Nicki and Petty failed to respond to a lawsuit he filed against them alleging that Petty attacked him backstage at one of Nicki’s 2019 shows.
Nicki has claimed she wasn’t told about the lawsuit by a former business manager… but she was still in trouble.
It’s a good thing Nicki paid the judgment… because the judge admitted that the preliminary ruling required Nicki to sell the house – a disastrous outcome for the pop star.

We spoke to Saso again after the hearing ended… and he reiterated that he had reached an agreement with Minaj’s team last night. Before he was joking, he wouldn’t have let everyone come today if the deal hadn’t been closed at the eleventh hour!
He also took NM to task for its controversial political beliefs. Watch the clip all the way to the end to hear what he has to say.
Anyway, Nicki can finally put all this legal drama behind her… because everything is great again in her “Barbie World”.
