NexTome connects to the list of transparency standards of Zillow

“Through this partnership we set a new standard in the industry.”
Under the new list standards of Zillow, announced on Thursday, if a list is made public to each buyer, it must be placed in an MLS and can be published on Zillow and other sites that receive Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feeds.
Errol Sameluson, the Chief Industry Development Officer of Zillow, the list standards arise from the desire of Zillow to retain transparency and fair access to data for all consumers.
“The idea here is that if a brokerage stops, they only share those offers and share those listings in the context of buyers who work with them.
Dwiggins and Nexthome are strong supporters of the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) Clear cooperation policy (CCP).
“CCP is one of the most pro -policy measures for consumers! It is literally designed to protect sellers and buyers!” Dwiggins wrote in one LinkedIn post last month.
While NexThome and Exp have made this dedication to Zillow, CompassA CCP critic, MLSS asks to determine a separate status “coming soon”, with which entries can be submitted to the MLS and therefore publicly brought to the market, but they would be withheld from both IDX and Virtual Office website (VOW) data, which will prevent other MLS participants from repeating their website.
