New evidence ‘Keefe D’ in Las Vegas at the time of Tupac’s murder

In 2009, during the LAPD investigation by rapper Christopher “The Notorious BIG” Wallace’s Murder from 1997Davis was presented with an offer, which he reportedly believed granted him immunity in Tupac’s case. Prosecutors said Davis then became a confidential informant for a task force investigating Wallace’s murder.

Regarding Davis’ involvement, prosecutors said:[Davis] denied any involvement in that murder, but voluntarily made available his knowledge of the murder of Tupac Shakur.”

“Thereafter, on December 18, 2008, he provided a recorded version of events that was similar to his other recounts of the murder, all of which were consistent with the known evidence from the early investigation.”
