Nancy Guthrie’s Arizona home was ‘immaculate’ and showed ‘no signs of abuse’ after kidnapping, investigative source claims

A source close to the ongoing case Nancy Guthrie An investigation has found the missing 84-year-old’s Arizona home showed “no signs of attack” in the aftermath of her disappearance – with claims some rooms in the property were in “pristine” condition after she went missing.
Days after Nancy’s daughter, host of “Today”. Savannah Guthriespoke about the telltale signs investigators noticed at her mother’s property after she was reported missing, an insider has shared new details about the condition of the home with NewsNation correspondent Brian Entin.
“This new information somewhat fits the big picture of what we know,” Entin – who has been grounded near Tucson since Nancy disappeared on February 1 – said.
‘A source who is now very close to the investigation [confirms] told us that there were no signs of an attack in Nancy Guthrie’s house, most of the rooms were described as ‘immaculate’, so the house was very, very clean.
Entin added that this description matches details Savannah, 54, shared during a recent interview Hoda Kotbin which she revealed that the state of the house provided no immediate clues as to what happened to her mother.
“[It] “That makes sense if you go back to what Savannah said, which is that when her sister and brother-in-law showed up, they weren’t sure what had happened, she actually just disappeared at some point, they had even thought an ambulance might have taken her,” Entin continued.
“That’s because, according to this source, there was nothing unusual in the house.”

Speaking about the scene at Nancy’s property in her recent NBC interview, Savannah said the back doors of the house were “open,” leading her and her siblings to believe that their mother may have had “some kind of medical episode in the night,” prompting paramedics to enter the home through that entrance.
However, they soon realized that something more sinister might have happened when it was noticed that Nancy’s personal belongings, including her purse and her phone, were still in the house. Detectives then discovered blood on the doorstep of the property, while the doorbell camera had been ‘torn’ from the frame of the main entrance.
“The doors were open and there was blood on the sidewalk. And the camera had been ripped off. And so we said, ‘This is not okay. Something is very wrong here.'”
