MoxiWorks promotes Dave Greenbaum to Chief Customer Officer

His extensive responsibilities include leading customer success initiatives, managing customer support activities and stimulating long-term retention and satisfaction efforts in the network of the company of more than 3,000 brokers and 400,000 brokers.

Greenbaum came to MoxiWorks in 2022 due to the acquisition of ActivePipeWhere he held various operational leadership roles.

At MoxiWorks he has led a number of structural changes in the customer organization, including the implementation of new support models and closer integration between customer -oriented teams and product development.

Under his leadership, the company reported a customer satisfaction score above 95%.

Before his term of office at MoxiWorks and ActivePipe, Greenbaum spent more than 15 years with leadership positions in the proptech and packaging sectors with a focus on sales, activities and success of customers.
