MLS now to add Rayse client transparency platform

Rayse-Die integrates in the existing workflow of Agenten-Stelt able to see real-time updates about the work that their broker is performing.

It offers a shared view of tasks, progress and milestones in a transaction.

According to the company, the expectations of the customer are high for transparency.

With reference to industry research, MLS now said that 46% of buyers and 51% of sellers believe that their agent spends less than 20 hours on a transaction, although the actual average is 80 to 100 hours.

It also said that 96% of customers want real -time visibility in their agent’s work, and 89% would pay more for that access.

“This partnership is about strengthening the relationship between agent-client,” said James Dwiggins, co-CEO of Rayse. “By making the hard work of agents visible to their customers, Rayse helps to restore trust, improve communication and increase the professionalism that the buyers and sellers today expect.”

In addition to new work with MLS, Rayse has now announced several other recent partnerships.
