Menendez brothers shoot back at Nathan Hochman, Sirhan Sirhan -comparison is fake

Honor And Lyle Menendez Shooting back on Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman … tell him it is stupid to compare them Sirhan Sirhan Because they actually admitted that they killed their parents.

The Menendez brothers distance from RFK‘s Assassin in new legal documents where they reduce the motion from Hochman to withdraw the motion of his predecessor to awaken them.

Hochman is on the record and says that Erik and Lyle should not get their freedom, compared their case with the denial of conditional release for Sirhan … but the brothers say that there is no way to seriously place them on the same plane as Sirhan.

In the documents obtained by TMZ, Menendez Attorney Mark Geragos Says the most important difference between Erik and Lyle and Sirhan is that the Menendez brothers were shared to kill their parents, while Sirhan claimed his innocence in the murder of Kennedy.

Geragos also makes a few shots at Hochman … claims that the new top complainant in Los Angeles omits handy facts from the Sirhan case to draw a false comparison with Erik and Lyle.

The brothers admit that they initially told the police that they did not shot their parents before they crossed the murders during the trial and then claimed that they were the victims of sexual abuse by their father … and Geragos says that they are now being rehabilitated behind bars after 35 years and no longer form a threat to society.
