Meghan Markle ‘Schooled by Kate Middleton in etiquette’

The relationship between Middleton and Markle has long been the subject of speculation, especially after Prince Harry, 40, and Markle’s dramatic departure of royal tasks in 2020.

A gap between Harry and his brother William has often dominated the headlines, but insiders say that the demolition between their wives is equally important.

According to Royal Commentator Rebecca English, Middleton, with support from Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, 59, made several attempts to help Markle integrate into the Royal Fold – which received the guidance from Middleton himself from Sophie after getting married with Prince William, 42, in 2011.

Queen Elizabeth II, who died in 2022, is said to have the “wise and stable counsel” of Sophie “greatly appreciated” and to guide her Middleton while she navigated her new role.

The Late Prince would also have expanded the same offer to have extended Markle for her wedding in 2018 with Prince Harry, which suggests that she asks Sophie advice.

According to English, both Middleton and Sophie have checked in at Markle, especially after the birth of her son, Prince Archie, now 6.
