Marriott Bonvoy forges global partnership with International Cricket Council | News

Marriott Bonvoy and the International Cricket Council (ICC) have signed a strategic partnership that will see Marriott International’s award-winning travel platform become the official accommodation partner for ICC through 2029.
The deal unites the world of cricket with the world of memorable travel stays and experiences, giving Marriott Bonvoy’s 260 million members the opportunity to embrace the excitement of the game across continents and showcasing Marriott Bonvoy’s extensive offering to cricket’s passionate global fan base.

The agreement covers all ICC Men’s events over the next four years: the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka, the 2027 ICC World Test Championship Final in the United Kingdom, the 2027 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia, the 2028 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, the 2029 ICC World Test Championship Final in the United Kingdom and the 2029 ICC Champions Trophy in India.
With a combined presence of more than 450 venues in the markets hosting ICC events, Marriott is well positioned to host teams, fans and members traveling domestically and internationally for the games. Fans traveling to attend ICC events can stay at Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of hotels around the world and when purchasing official travel packages from ICC Travel and Tours.
As one of the most watched sports in the world, cricket’s global fandom is undeniable. The partnership expands Marriott Bonvoy’s mission to connect people with the passions and places they love, giving members access to exclusive ICC experiences in destinations where Marriott International operates. To deliver world-class, premium experiences to fans, Marriott Bonvoy and the ICC will work together to design and launch new hospitality offerings at select locations at ICC events around the world.
Marriott Bonvoy will also work with the ICC in curating tailor-made cricket-related content, launching local activations and driving member engagement.
