Marilyn Monroe’s death again investigated when detective says that scene was being performed

She died the evening of August 4 – after she had received 50 capsules from Nembutal, a regulated substance that is used to treat anxiety and insomnia, among other things.

The drug can cause paranoia or suicidal thoughts and cause memory, judgment and coordination.
