Marcus Jordan Will not let his Dui case go to court later this month, as initially planned … TMZ Sports has learned that the date was pushed back for a few months – afterwards MichaelThe son asked for the delay.
Judicial documents that we have obtained show Jordan and his lawyers a judge to move his trial of the original starting time of 23 June. Jordan wanted it to be partially planned, so that he could have more time to start plea negotiations with public prosecutors.

The prosecutors of the Docs States do not oppose the motion … and on 3 June a judge granted Jordan’s request – a new test date for the beginning of September.
Jordan is currently confronted with three criminal charges in the DUI case, opposed to an officer without violence and possession of Ketamine Die results from his now notorious arrest of 4 February.
You will remember that he was taken into custody after the authorities cancelled On his Lamborghini, SUV stuck on train tracks in Florida.
Jordan admitted that he had drug problems in the weeks after the arrest, although he revealed in mid-May that he 40-day austerity milestone.
