Many people have been fooled

Zendaya has addressed her and Tom Holland’s AI wedding photos that went viral after her stylist, Law Roach, said the two had tied the knot earlier this month.

The “Euphoria” and “Spider-Man” star appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Monday night, during which the late-night host addressed speculation about her wedding. “I’m sure you know the internet has gone berserk with stories that you might have married Tom,” Kimmel said.

“Really?! I didn’t see any of that!” Zendaya replied sarcastically. Although she didn’t confirm the marriage, what appeared to be an engagement ring and wedding band glittered on her left hand.

When Kimmel mentioned the AI photos, Zendaya laughed and said that “a lot of people have been fooled by it.”

“I was just out and about in real life and people were like, ‘Oh my God, your wedding photos are beautiful.’ And I thought, ‘Honey, they’re AI. They’re not real! ” she added.

The actor said that “a lot of people” in her personal life were also fooled by the AI photos and were angry that they didn’t get an invite. Zendaya then teased a video of her and Holland’s supposed wedding — which was actually just a clip from her new movie “The Drama” with a photo of Holland’s face plastered over co-star Robert Pattinson. “Just a little something to clear up the confusion,” Zendaya said with a cheeky grin.

During the interview, Kimmel also asked Zendaya about the upcoming Spider-Man movie “Brand New Day,” in which she stars alongside Holland. She said she has seen “a good chunk” of the film, which comes out July 31, and “I have a good feeling about it.”

She added: “It’s obviously such a big part of our story, and we grew up making those films. And it’s such a privilege to be able to make them. I know Tom cares so much about the role and does it justice.”

When Kimmel called Holland the “best Spider-Man ever,” Zendaya blushed and replied, “I’m biased, but yeah!”
