Makeup artist details Aaron Phypers’ alleged threats to Denise Richards

Denise Richards‘Make-up artist detailed alleged threats hurled at the actress by her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers.

Pamela Brogardia beauty professional based in Beverly Hills, California, testified in a Los Angeles court on Tuesday, October 7, as part of Richards’ efforts to obtain a permanent restraining order against her ex, 53, Us Weekly can confirm.

Responding to questions from Richards’ legal team, Brogardi alleged that Fypers told Richards, 54, “I’ll break your f***ing legs,” after breaking into a room at his Malibu Wellness Center in December 2021, where Brogardi was working on Richards’ Glam for the Day.

Brogardi, who worked with Richards when she played The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills During seasons 9 and 10 in 2019 and 2020, she also claimed she heard Fypers speak “aggressively” to Richards multiple times and covered bruises on the actress’ body “at least a dozen times.”

Aaron Phypers’ cousin Kathleen McAllister supports Denise Richards’ abuse allegations. McAllister made a virtual appearance during a Monday, October 6, court hearing focused on Richards’ request to have a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband made permanent. Per People, McAllister claimed she witnessed her cousin attack Richards in January 2022. […]

Recalling an alleged incident that occurred “between 2020 and 2022” when she noticed multiple, “maybe half the size of my palm,” thigh-blue bruises, Brogardi claimed Richards “was scared” when she confronted her about it. “She appeared to be scared and fearing for her life,” Brogardi said. “She was very scared that night. He didn’t care if anyone was around or not. He went after her and that’s what scared her.”

Brogardi, who acknowledged she was “like a sister to Richards” under cross-examination by PhyPers’ lawyers, noted that she did not see Richards strike at any stage. ‘I didn’t see it with my eyes [but] I have good senses,’ Brogardi said after her bruise claims against him.’ I can assure you, if they do [Richards] Said this is how it happened, this is how it happened,” Brogardi said.

Brogardi’s testimony comes after Richards took the stand earlier on Tuesday to discuss the alleged abuse she experienced at the hands of Phypers, who moved to divorce Richards on July 7 (Richards did not publicly agree at the time, but was granted a temporary restraining order against him nine days later.)

Richards’ legal battle against Phypers, which reached day two on Tuesday, seeks to switch the restrictive order to a permanent 100-yard restriction enforced against her ex for the next five years. Richards alleged during her testimony that Phypers abused her while she was recovering from a tummy tuck and breast implant surgery in May. “I felt no pain from my discharge site prior to him [Phypers] I hit and whimpered into the toilet paper holder,” Richards claimed in response to a question posed by Phypers’ attorney.

Brogardi recalled several incidents while speaking in court, including a trip to Atlanta “around October 2022 to November 2022” when she was hired as Richards’ makeup artist on the set of a film. Brogardi claimed that PhyPers, who joined his ex on the trip, got “quite heated” after realizing he couldn’t fit a suitcase in Richards’ borrowed Ferrari.

The makeup artist claimed she heard the former couple arguing from behind a hotel room door. “I heard a lot of cursing about her, don’t f***ing listen to him…I specifically remember him blowing her off” and bitch” and [being] Mouth that she didn’t listen to him when he told him not to pick her up in the car,” Brogardi alleged.

Under cross-examination about the alleged incident in Atlanta by Phypers’ attorneys, Brogardi said she was not at the airport itself and did not physically witness an altercation between the former couple. She stated that she did not call the police or security officials at the time.
