Liam Payne ‘sent’ ex Maya Henry ‘explicit images’ before death
The late pop star Liam Payne allegedly sent his ex-fiancée and her family explicit photos of themselves before his drug-induced death.
RadarOnline.com can reveal that a week before the former One Direction star died, ex-fiancée Maya Henry’s lawyer fired off a cease and desist letter to Payne, his lawyers and his agents after he allegedly assaulted her and her family bombarded with ‘unsolicited and disturbing messages’. photos and videos of themselves.
The cease-and-desist letter was sent on October 9, a week before Payne, 31, fell from his third-floor hotel room on October 16 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Henry’s charge sheet alleged that the former boy band member “repeatedly sent unsolicited and disturbing images and videos to Maya Henry and Maya’s family members in the past.”
The alleged images reportedly included “photographs of his genitals and several videos of Mr. Payne performing disturbing sexual acts on himself,” according to Page six.
The cease-and-desist order further accused Payne of “actively communicating” with third parties to disseminate “intimate footage” showing Henry in an “intimate manner.”
Henry’s lawyers alleged that on October 6 – three days before the notice was sent and 10 days before Payne’s death – she received a direct message on Instagram from an unnamed woman who claimed to be close to her ex-boyfriend .
According to the outlet, the DM read: “The main reason I reached out is because he recently blew up my phone over an iCloud email, and when I asked who it was, he started asking me if I wanted naked pictures of you / his current girlfriend.”
In response to Payne’s alleged email, the woman claimed she replied “absolutely not” and wanted to give Henry “a heads up for offering that.”
Payne allegedly sent another message to the woman, writing: “Send me fucking and sucking videos. Have I ever sent you Maya’s? Or any of my exes?”
The “current girlfriend” referred to in the DM is Kate Cassidy, who traveled to Argentina with Payne but left the country just days before his death, wishing to return home after the trip was extended several days.
Additionally, the woman claimed that Cassidy had previously approached her to question why her number had been blocked on Payne’s phone.
She wrote to Henry: “I stopped answering him for a while and he messaged me through an iCloud account, a few different phone numbers and a Snapchat (account).”
Henry’s cease and desist letter warned her lawyers that they were prepared to take “criminal action” or file a civil lawsuit against the singer, seeking damages in an unspecified amount.
In a shocking twist, Henry’s lawyers told Payne and his team that they had ten business days to respond to the receipt of the letter, acknowledging that he would cease taking “any actions directly or indirectly related can deal with the distribution, communication or transfer of the letter. of the alleged images”.
It remains unclear whether Payne or his team have responded to the cease and desist letter. He died within 10 days.
