Lea Michele reflects on the publicly grieving the death of Cory Monteith
Lea Michele looks back on the mourning of her boyfriend’s death and Joy Costar, Cory MonteithWhile you are still filming the musical show.

Monteith died of an overdose of heroin and alcohol in July 2013 after an earlier fight against addiction. He was 31.

It was a fast education about more things than I could ever process, but also, if we didn’t come to work, people would not have a work to go. That was a lot of pressure for me. Michele and Monteith were filming Joy At the time of his death. The character of the Canadian actor, Finn Hudson, was killed during season 5 of the FOX series.
