According to new court documents … says Costner Devyn Labella Was happy as a tired during the film recording he directed, and she even sent an SMS to a supervisor that she had a great time after the whole thing was packed.
For each the documents … Labella text: “Thank you for these great weeks! I appreciate you! I learned so much and thank you again. I am really happy that it also worked as it did. Nice rest of the shoot and yes talk quickly!”
Costner and his Cast and Crew have also submitted a number of explanations that refute Labella’s story … with Kevin’s Pitbull lawyers, Marty singer And T. Wayne HarmanAdding: “There was no anger or resentment, only enthusiasm and gratitude” at the end of filming … so what has changed?
According to Costner’s statement, everything was in the course of and on, so that nothing should have changed. Here is Kevin’s version of the events …
On the day in question, Labella – the stunt doubles for actress Ella Hunt – photographed a scene with actor Roger Ivens in a covered car. The two layers next to each other and Labella was completely dressed in a single length of dress with cycling pants underneath. Ivens raised the hem of her dress and waved his leg over her body and ended up on hands and feet above her. But that’s it. There was no nakedness, rape, simulated sex or physical contact between Labella and Ivens.
Costner continues with the fact that Labella’s dress might have appeared on her knees, the dress was always under her waist and the trousers and petticoats underneath remained undisturbed.
In short, Kevin insists that there was no violent rape scene on his set. Period!
In his statement, Kevin also calls Labella’s accusations “absolutely untrue” and he found it “deeply disappointing” that someone who worked on production would try to embarrass him and try to damage his reputation.
