Kendall Jenner wore Nicole Kidman’s Moulin Rouge dress on the catwalk

Kendall Jenner channeled her inner showgirl to Fashion World: Hollywood 2025, stepping out in a well-known theater costume.

Dressed in the same crystal-encrusted black and white corset dress worn by Nicole Kidman in 2001 Moulin Rouge!Jenner, 29, grinned as she walked the Paramount Studios runway at the annual event in Los Angeles on Sunday, October 26.

Tapping into the character of Satine, played by Kidman, 58, in the Baz Luhrmann-directed romantic musical, Jenner pouted and placed her hands on her hips as she dazzled a celebrity-studded crowd, including Dakota Johnson, Mindy Kaling, Jennifer Connelly And Rita Ora.

Kidman, the fashion magazine’s October cover star, also appeared on the catwalk as the opening star, wearing a Chanel from Matthieu Blazy black satin bustier dress paired with a red lip and old Hollywood-inspired curls.

Jenner made sure to credit her scene-stealing look to the actress and hire her Instagram stories in the late hours of Sunday to post a still of Kidman in character as Satine as he played the Moulin Rouge! part. The model followed the photo with two additional Instagram Stories in which she captured herself during a pre-show fitting session, grabbing the bodice of her outfit to reveal the intricate diamond-studded details.

Kidman also marked the event through her own event Instagram account, sharing a carousel of photos and videos, including a photo of herself posing next to Luhrmann, 63, and Fashion‘s global Chief Content Officer, Anna Wintourprior to the start of the event.

The carousel also featured behind-the-scenes footage of Kidman, who co-starred Ewan McGregor in Moulin Rouge!during a photo shoot as she playfully pouted and swayed her hips at the camera.
