Katy Perry demands $5 million from ‘dying’ war veteran, 85, in bitter legal war

The Roar Singer has asked the court to force Westcott to pay $4,718,698.95 in compensation for the damage he says he caused with protracted real estate sales lawsuits.

Westcott initially sued Perry’s business manager Bernie Gudvi the month after the sale went through.

Attorneys for Perry said that after deducting $149,703 for losses suffered by Westcott, the final amount was $4,718,698.95.
