Kandi Burrus wants everyone to know… divorce doesn’t always mean war, at least when it concerns her.
Kandi shared a photo of her family for Thanksgiving, and noticeably absent was her estranged husband, Todd Tucker. So at first glance you would think there were hard feelings, but Kandi wrote in a comment, “Before anyone assumes anything, Todd joined us for dinner earlier but he wasn’t there for the photo. He wasn’t left out or anything like that.”
Apparently everyone had a good time, according to the former ‘Real Housewife’… the post was captioned: “Happy Thanksgiving. I really enjoyed my day with my family. I hope you enjoyed yours! Now I feel stuffed like a turkey and need to lie down. ❤️🦃”
Kandi told her fans last Friday that she decided to file for divorce… after 15 years together. She said she planned to “protect my peace, be the best mother I can be, and co-parent with love and respect.”
TMZ reported that the former couple split a few months ago after growing apart for a while. We are also told that there is “legitimately no drama.”
Kandi and Todd share two children: a 9-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter.
