Kajol, Twinkle Khanna to organize Prime Video, Banijay Asia Talk Show
The production started on Prime Video India’s ‘Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle’, an original unwritten talk show that Bollywood star Kajol combines with bestseller author and columnist Twinkle Khanna as co-hosts.
The show, produced by Banijay Asia, is described as a “daring, fiery and frank” entry in the talk show space, with Prime Video, an A-list hosts with “The biggest names in Bollywood and the industry who Who WHO”.
The casting links two digits in the entertainment industry that are known for their outspoken personalities. Kajol, whose film career includes hits for three decades, including “Dilwale Dulhania le Jayenge” and “My name is Khan”, has retained a reputation for frank interviews and presence on social media. “Maa,” Kop by Kajol, is currently in cinemas. Twinkle Khanna, a former actor who became the author and producer, built up a supporter through her “Mrs. FunnyBoes” column and books that offer a sharp commentary on contemporary Indian society. Both hosts are part of Bollywood Star Power pairs, where Kajol is married to Ajay Devgn and Twinkle Khanna with Akshay Kumar.

The executive power emphasized the “characteristic mix of humor, feistiness and unparalleled insights” of the hosts as important elements that will “stimulate sparkling conversations that are humorous, unfiltered and unapologetically”.
For Banijay Asia, the project represents a different high -profile undoc ‘after successes with format adjustments, including “Temptation Island”, “MTV Roadies” and “Into the Wild With Bear Grylls.” The production company is expanding its Indian originals with both scripted hits such as “The Night Manager” and “hostages”, as well as unwritten programming.

Prime Video has invested heavily in Indian original content in both scripted and unwritten formats. The local originals of the streamer include series such as ‘Paatal Lok’, ‘Mirzapur’, ‘The Family Man’ and recent releases ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ and ‘The Traitors’.
