Justin BaldoniThe lawyer is shooting back Blake LivelyThe attempt to cut itself out of the constant legal drama around the film: “It ends with us.”
Bryan Freedman TMZ says … “The recent motion by Mrs. Lively to dismiss herself from the self -bound disaster she has initiated is one of the most disgusting examples of abusing our legal system.”
Freedman says: “Stringent rules are set up to protect the innocent and allow individuals to lawfully defend themselves”, while “laws are not intended to be twisted and compiled by privileged elites to match their own personal agenda.”

Blake says Baldoni has submitted his slander suit against her, her husband, Ryan Reynolds“ and her publicist, Leslie Sloane, immediately after she had submitted her lawsuit against him. In her suit, Blake Justin accused her sexually bothering” And launching a smear campaign while filming the film. As you know, Baldoni was the director of the film and the Costar of Blake.

As we reported on Wednesday … Reynolds was the first to submit a motion to be rejected from the court case of Baldoni, and claimed that Justin called him a ‘predator’. But, Reynolds argued, it is not a defamation because he believes that the statement is true, and Justin should prove it differently.
In his statement to TMZ, Freedman repeated … “As we said yesterday in response to Mr. Reynolds’s same cowardly measures, we will continue to hold Mrs. L. Lively for her actions of pure malice, including accusing my customers of intimidation and retribution.”
Freedman summarized it by saying that Blake’s “fantastic claims will be quickly invalidated as the discovery improves, easily refuted with factual, proof proof.”
We have contacted Blake’s team for comment … so far, not a word back.
