JonBenét Ramsey’s father denounces the conspiracy theory. Katy Perry is his daughter

JonBenét Ramsey’s father, John Ramsey, went after conspiracy theorists who insist Katy Perry is secretly his murdered daughter. RadarOnline.com can reveal.

In an exclusive conversation, John put an end to the theory once and for all that the I kissed a girl singer is actually his daughter.

Some people have suspected that this might be the case, as her eyebrows, jaw, and the bridge of her nose are similar to JonBenét’s.

When asked about the theory, John labeled it “foolishness” and “nonsense.”

“You know, the things I read in the book of Proverbs in the Bible basically say, ‘Hey, there are fools in the world. Just keep them out of your life. You can’t deal with them. Don’t worry about them,'” he shared. “And I thought, you know, that’s really good advice.”

“Because it’s true and you can’t worry about it,” he added.

Perry himself had jokingly responded to the rumors last year, saying, “Wait, am I?” on a video of JonBenét turning into her.

In addition to discussing the pop star, Radar previously reported John shared his thoughts on why police painted him and his late wife Patsy as the primary suspects in JonBenét’s murder, claiming they believed they “didn’t do the right thing.”

“The district attorney told us years later that ‘their whole case was that you didn’t do the right thing that morning.’ Between the time we found out JonBenét was missing and found her,” he said.

Investigators “came to a decision on the first day” and decided they “needed to arrest him for probable cause,” John explained.

When asked what not acting “properly” meant, John said, “I read the so-called detective who was there that morning…I read her report…and she made observations that could be misinterpreted in the wrong way. For example, she said John casually went through the mail while we waited for the phone call [from the alleged kidnapper].

“Well, I was checking the mail stacked outside our door to see if there were any other messages from the kidnapper. That’s what I was doing. She should have done that.’

When it was 10 a.m., the time the alleged kidnapper was supposed to call him, John explained that the way he was acting was once again not sitting well with the police.

“[The cop] said, “Oh, ten o’clock came and went, and John didn’t go crazy.” It was ten o’clock when the note said: ‘We’ll call you tomorrow at ten o’clock.’ Well, I didn’t know if tomorrow was the day we were on, or literally tomorrow,” he said.

John explained, “Since we didn’t get a call at 10 o’clock today, I thought, my God, I’m going to have to wait until 10 o’clock tomorrow. It’s going to be horrible. But because I didn’t hit my head against the wall that day and jump up and down and scream. She thought I was acting strange.”

“She had no idea,” he continued. “She later went on national television and said, ‘I knew John was guilty because I saw it in his eyes. I thought, ‘Wow, what a talent that is.'”

John felt that the police were “in over their heads” and that “the fact that they didn’t accept help when they desperately needed it was just a total failure of leadership.”
