Jimmy Kimmel calls Trump a ‘bully’ after he threatens ABC on return

A day after making an emotional return to his ABC show late in the evening after a six-day suspension, Jimmy Kimmel was back to making jokes about President Donald Trump.
Cheese on stage like a real Rockstar (or as he said, Jerry Springer), Kimmel revealed that he had heard of many people, including ‘a very special friend’, on his return to the air who the most viewed episode ever turned out to be of his show, with no less than 6.3 million viewers.
“Many people watched our show last night. I got so many lyrics from so many people. It made me realize how many of my friends never look at the show,” said Kimmel.
The Late-Night host refers to Trump, joked: “I heard from a very special friend just after we recorded our show last night: The Mad Red Hatter.” He then read Trump’s social messages about his comeback, including “I can’t believe that ABC fake news Jimmy Kimmel gave his job back”, to which Kimmel replied: “You can’t believe they gave me my job back?” I can’t believe we have given you your job back.
Kimmel then continued to read Trump’s social messages about his show, one of which said he “jeopardizes the network by playing 99% positive democrat waste.”
“Who puts the network in danger? Do you hear that? There is the threat again! This time, directly from the mouth of FCC biscuit,” Kimmel joked. “He says:” I think we will test ABC for this. Let’s see how we do it. The last time I went after them, they gave me $ 16 million dollars. This sounds even more lucrative. A real group of losers! “
Kimmel continued: “Only Donald Trump would try to prove that he did not threaten ABC by threatening ABC. And you almost have to feel sorry for the people who work for him who try to clean up the mess.”
Kimmel then explained that he is talking about Trump “more than anything because he is a bully.”
“I don’t like bullying heads. I played the High School clarinet, okay? I just don’t like it. Donald Trump is an old -fashioned bully in the 80s, who took out your lunch and money,” Kimmel joked.
“Rooting for this bully, I don’t care which way you are standing, it is as if you are for Back to the Future,” said Kimmel, who refers the cult film trilogy of Robert Zemeckis. “Literally Donald Trump was the model for Biff in ‘Back to the Future’, and this is those who cheer people. I know nothing about you, I’m with Marty McFly.”
The return of “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to ABC on Tuesday evening meant a cultural milestone. It reached 17.7 million views on YouTube in 22 hours, making it his most viewed monologue ever on the platform. He choked when he spoke about his comments about Charlie Kirk who resulted in his suspension and said, “It was never my intention to make the murder of a young man light.”
“I don’t think there’s something funny about it,” he went on. “I posted a message on Instagram on the day he was murdered, sent love to his family and asked for compassion, and I meant it. And I still do it. Neither was it my intention to blame a specific group for the actions. It was a deeply disturbed individual. That was really the opposite of the point I tried to be a finger.
