Jelly Roll’s Shocking 200-Pound Weight Loss Exposed

Weeks before his appearance, he admitted People he struggled with food addiction for years.

‘Nobody in my house has ever had that [a healthy relationship with food]“So that was the hardest part, really fighting that demon first and getting into that discipline and that dedication,” he said. “But once you get that discipline and dedication, it’s like an avalanche. Once that little snowball started rolling, it was coming.”

His comment echoed what he shared during an appearance on the December 16, 2024 episode of wife Bunnie Xo’s Stupid blonde podcast. At the time, he also expressed a desire to be on the cover Men’s health by March 2026.

“I want to undergo one of the greatest transformations,” he declared. “I did this publicly for a reason. I want to be honest about my struggle with it with people. I’ve carried it for so long. I think people who get as big as I do, they feel a little bit ashamed when they lose weight. They feel so ashamed that they hide and lose weight, and then come out again, and they don’t really know how to interact with the world if they look or feel different.”

Jelly Roll added, “I wanted to lose it for everyone. I want to take people with me.”
