JD Vance brushes off Taylor Swift’s Harris endorsement and says she’s out of touch
J.D. Vance claims Taylor Swift‘s approval of Kamala Harris doesn’t carry much weight, because her wealth and high-profile status make her out of touch with the average voter.
Fox News
In a Fox News appearance Wednesday, said Donald Trump‘s VP pick said that despite her star power, people won’t be swayed by the views of a billionaire celebrity…who he says doesn’t experience the day-to-day struggles of most Americans.
Taylor signed off her Kamala IG endorsement on Tuesday night with “Childless Cat Lady,” which probably ruffled Vance’s feathers even more.
Vance recently Resurfaced “cat lady” comment dating back to 2021, when he questioned Democratic leadership and said the country was being run by people like Vice President Harris and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortezwho supposedly have no share in the future of the country because they have had no children of their own.
JD’s response to Taylor’s approval isn’t that surprising – it lines up exactly with the complaints of Donald, who predicted the pop star would do that losing fans because of her political support.

But Taylor has 283 million IG followers, and her past political endorsements have certainly taken campaigns to the next level — so Trump and Vance may be in denial.
