The woman who accused Jay-Z And Clearly To rape her when she was 13 years old, it is now taking legal steps to try to reject a lawsuit that Jay-Z has brought against her.
Jay’s prosecutor, who first sued him for rape as a Jane, submitted new legal documents on Tuesday to reject the defamation that the Music Mogul has filed against her and her lawyer, Tony BuzbeeIn Alabama.
In new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims that Jay-Z cannot sue her because of the claims because she has made them in judicial documents and is therefore privileged … adding that the interview she did with NBC was based on her claims in court documents.
As we reported … the woman claimed that Jay and Diddy raped her in New York in 2000. She finally dropped the rape case … and Jay-Z then complained to her and buzbee In Alabama, where she lives, about bringing the case in the first place.

The woman now wants the Jay-Z court case to be rejected with prejudice, which means that it cannot be submitted again.
Buzbee has previously submitted a motion to reject Jay’s lawsuit against him … Claiming that she closed a deal and Jay … a campsite of a statement that HOV said earlier that it was fake.
In her motion, the woman makes a similar claim about rejecting her court case according to the alleged agreement.
