Jay-Z and Diddy Accuser speak and admit holes in story, Jay asks judge for dismissal
Jay Z And DiddyThe rape accuser is speaking out about the allegations for the first time – but “some mistakes” in her story are prompting Jay-Z to ask a judge to dismiss the entire case… TMZ has learned from this.
The woman, who registered as Jane Doe and said she was 13 at the time of the alleged rape, spoke NBC News On Friday, she discusses what she believes happened at the 2000 MTV VMAs afterparty — including a limo ride to Diddy’s house and a drink that made her dizzy before the alleged assault.

Although she said the “catastrophic event” destroyed her life, she also faced several inconsistencies in her life. her accusations. For example, she spoke to Benji Madden at the afterparty, but Benji says he wasn’t even in New York at the time. She also claimed that her father picked her up from the party, but he doesn’t remember that.
Although she claims the alleged rape took place at an after-party at Diddy’s house, there are photos showing Diddy and Jay-Z partying at the Lotus nightclub that night – although those photos do not explain their whereabouts all evening.
The accuser told NBC that she stands by the blanket allegation and insists that the flaws in the story do not mean the rape did not happen.
However, Jay-Z and his lawyer Alex Spiro saw her interview differently… and immediately filed documents to inform the judge of the new developments. In the letter, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Spiro calls her accusation “a sham.”

He added: “The basic facts of her story – who, what, when and where – are wrong.” He goes on to say that she admits that she “doesn’t have a single corroborating witness.” Spiro also immediately goes after the woman’s lawyer, Tony Buzbeeaccusing him of violating the rules of the court as he “almost certainly failed to make a reasonable investigation of the facts before filing the complaint.”
Spiro says he will file a motion to dismiss the case as soon as possible.
Diddy’s lawyers have a similar response, telling us: “Yesterday, an attorney admitted that more than 50 people falsely claimed to be victims. Today, for the second time this week, a Buzbee accuser has been exposed. This is the beginning of the end of the business.
We’ve reached out to Buzbee, but haven’t received a response yet.
